How to create a Saved Search/Report for Item Return Rate sorted by Customer?

We are looking for a Saved Search/Report that can tell us the following:

  1. Customer
  2. Item
  3. Sales of an Item
  4. Returns of an item
  5. What is the percentage rate between the two
