How to create a System Notes Saved Search for Auditing?

Hello everyone,

Hoping you are doing well.

I have a query with regards to a saved search based on system notes. I am trying to generate a report (or dataset) whereby I need to retrieve specific transaction details, namely to determine whether there had been any alterations to a transaction once this transaction had been approved.

I started out this endeavour by generating a saved search having its search type being System Note. The main criteria used were that the [Record Type] selected was "Transaction" and in order not to pull an exhaustive amount of records at a time, I also added [Date] and set it to a relatively small data range. To counteract the limited dataset, I have added the date filter so as to extend the specific time range as necessary to the person running the search. Sorting has been carried out first by [Record] and then by [Date], so as to group
