How to get transaction line level custom fields in ODBC?

hi team,

client needs to pull data from NS via ODBC. client says he cant find the table for the custom columns fields in sales order line level we have added either in Salesordered table and transaction history table in the database. please advised on the table name they should be accessing. thank you.
