How to make Workflows to Schedule a phone call on the customer record
Hi.
I have created a save search to get the last completed phone call for the sales rep. Then I created a workflow to auto schedule a phone call, the problem is when the phone call gets schedule the owner shows -system- instead the field that I am selecting. Somebody knows how to force to do that?
here is my workflow:
on this last image I selected different options on the Selection tab, Join and Value even the formula..
After running the workflow I see the schedule phone call is schedule, but the Owner is set for -System-
I look at the workflow logs at the Workflow History under the Systems information tab, I see the correct ID for the user that I want to set, but for some reason it's not doing it.
