inventory received not billed

in Accounting / ERP 4 comments

one of our PO's was raised and should do the item receipt to nominal 'Acquisition Costs' however it was all posted to inventory received not billed and there fore its not hitting the BS where it should ,

The Bill has been paid but items have not been received.

please advise on the reason for this?
