The Inventory Count screen has a Form but fields cannot be added
I am trying to add a custom field to trigger a workflow to change the Account field on the Inventory Count form.
There is a custom form for the Inventory Count but even when checking that and other fields, these do not show up on the form. If I remove the Department or Class field, those DO disappear but not any other custom field that I add.
Is the form supposed to be customizable or only those fields already there can be added and removed?
