Need help getting J/E for Labor costs mapped to Service on P&L

We are using journal entries to get labor costs on project P&L, but the costs appear under "Other" rather than "Service".

Current Project Profitability Configuration:


Service = Item type is service and Individual Expense categories is Direct Labor

But even though I set the activity code to Direct Labor, and class to labor (for the heck of it) the cost is still landing in Other. I don't see anything other fields on the JE that I could change. png attached for reference. TIA
