How do I access the email that is sent out with the Open Invoices 2.0 button on the customer page?

I cannot find the location of the message that goes out when I click on the button Open Invoice 2.0 on my customer account. It has great content with all of the open invoices and one place to pay them all, but the message doesn't make any sense. I cannot find where to edit it in NetSuite. Please help.

We use Versapay for our payment system partner if that helps.
