Referencing Inactive Data in csv import
Hi,
We have recently changed holding a custom data item on a Contact from a multi-select field to a Custom Record related to the Contact (Contact is parent).
Where the Contact is flagged as "Inactive" we still need to be able to convert (i.e. Load via csv import) the multi-select data to our custom record. However, csv import does not allow this (error of "Invalid custrecord_elm_contact reference key").
Does anyone know of a way to get round this, without having to mark all the inactive Contacts Active, import the data & then mark the Contacts Inactive again....
Thanks
