Smart Count Error on loading Configurations in Scanner

Hi Guru's,


I have a 3 custom Smart Count Configuration (with one saved Search with +/- 700) results. Loading of the count configurations in NetSuite takes a long time.

Sometimes (not always) we receive an error when we load the Smart Count page on the scanner.

The Error is on the script SC RL Item List:
