How can a text field on Quote transfer to text to the same field on a Sales Order?

This works for most of the fields on the Quote screen except for memo.

On Quote I have Memo field. When text is entered, I would like the same text to appear on the Sales Order Memo Field. Looking for a way to link these two fields.
