Mandatory fields by selecting account in transaction

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to make certain line columns obliged to fill if certain accounts are taken. For example if you take an "Accounts Receivable" account in a journal booking, I would like to have the field "Project" to be mandatory so everytime a customer has to be filled in when you book on this account.

Is this possible?
