Hide File Cabinet

Hello,

We have several users with the Advanced Partner Center Role, which uses the Advanced Partner Center (Center).

1) I see no way to edit this center
2) Is there a way to hide the File Cabinet?

Caveat:  I need my partners to be able to upload files, so they have the Create permission on Documents and Files, under Lists.

By adding this permission, they can see EVERY file in the File Cabinet bu using the link at the top.  I'd like to hide that link, so they can't easily go through every file.

Is this possible?
