Asset Depreciation not generated for some Asset

Hi All

How to solve if our client is not able to generate Depreciation for some Assets?

Is it caused by restrictions of User Role restriction in Subsidiary?

Or is it Asset Status cannot be New must change it to Depreciating? Or the Last Depreciation Date is wrong?
