Users being randomly logged out

Hi there,


Some of my users are being randomly logged out of Netsuite, it doesn't seem to be linked to their role, location or what they're doing in Netsuite, they'll just be taken back to the login screen.

Has anyone else experienced something like this and how did you go about fixing it?
