Documents attached to customer records
Dear community,
I am reaching out to seek your advice on a concern we have encountered with our customer dashboard.
We have added a list-type portlet into the customer dashboard to display the documents attached to the customer. However, we have noticed that this portlet is showing an excessive number of documents, including some that are not available under the customer's "Community - Files" section.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
Example:
As shown in the attached screenshots, there are 14 documents listed under customer XXXX (Customer Dashboard). However, in the customer form view for the same customer, only 2 files are visible
