Trying to use mass update to update the Purchase Price from the last Purchase Price (NOT WORKING)

Hi,

I was trying to update the Purchase price of an item from the last purchase price using the mass update feature, but the value is not getting updated (On preview also the new value is empty). Below are the steps used and also screenshots are attached.

  • Navigate to Mass Update > Item > Update Purchase Price from Last Purchase Price
  • Select one test item (using the internal ID filter in the saved search) > Click on preview > New Purchase Price Showing blank.
    The item has a PO, Item Receipt, and Bills created. I also checked the Item record after submitting the mass update. No change in the price.
