Workflow - Unlock Record Action for Certain Roles
Hi-
I have locked a record in a workflow except for User Role Admin role and Finance Manager role. I want to be able to give the Finance Manager role to Edit the record. But it is locking the record for that Finance Manager role too.
How should I unlock the record for Manager role to Edit?
Just to add, details on my current settings
Transaction record (Advanced IC Journal Entry)
Action : Lock Record
State: Status is Approved
Trigger On: Before Record Load
Condition: User Role != Finance Manager, Administrator
The expected behavior is to have Finance Manager role to be able to Edit the record. Once edit has been made, it will move to an END state.
