How do we pick & ship the SO from our warehouse regardless of the status of the drop ship PO?

We are not able to pick, pack, and ship an order until the drop ship PO has been shipped.

Here's the setup

  • SO has the 'Ship Complete' flag checked. This is necessary so that we don't have several shipments for a warehouse order.
  • SO has lines for both drop shipment and warehouse fulfillment.
  • If there is no action, then the order does not appear in WMS for us to pick.
  • If we fulfill and ship the drop ship PO, then the SO becomes available to pick in WMS.
    This is unacceptable because we cannot wait until the vendor ship their order before we ship ours.
