New To NetSuite | Custom Fields: Item Number Fields
In NetSuite, the Custom item number fields allow you to personalize your inventory records, making it easier to track crucial details specific to each item or workflow tailored to your business. Whether you're monitoring the outcomes of quality control for each serialized item or keeping track of recall information for lot records, these fields offer the flexibility you need.
These records include:
- serial numbered items
- lot numbered items
- gift certificate items
Note: To use custom item number fields, at least one of the features in the preceding list must be enabled.
