Project Revenue Report/Search Filtered by Revenue Recognition Rule

We have advanced project profitability enabled and are looking to have a report that pulls total allocated and recognized revenue by project.

We were able to customize a Project saved search but it only returns SKUs with a % complete revenue recognition rule. There are no filters that exclude rev rec rules:

Additionally, there are search results that would indicate the revenue recognition rule.

Any ideas here?
