Need Concat Formula for Item Fields in Transaction Search

In a transaction search, I want to pull in fields from the item that was in the transactions and combine them. I tried various combinations of CONCAT formulas to combine {item.custitem_store_category_url},{item.urlcomponent} to no avail.

When I preview the search, sometimes I get an error message in that column, but sometimes I don't get an error message, but then the column doesn't show at all???

I am wondering because it is a transaction search, is it even possible to pull in fields from the item sold (nested fields)? If it is possible, does anyone know what the formula would be and how to get the column to appear in the results?
