Sending Emails to Multiple Contacts Using Workflows
Was there a recent update to be able to send emails to custom long text / free text fields through workflows?
I have some workflows created based on the workflow guidance below and they've worked but I'm trying to set up a new one today and the "Send Email" action is no longer showing me the custom fields I've created that stored the multiple email addresses.
How the field is set up -
Current workflow that I'm working on to show the recipient section. The above field is not appearing as an option -
Oddly, an older workflow shows a long text field I've previously created but the one I'm working on doesn't show the same field.
