Get the error "Templates section of the manifest needs an application key." while fetching theme

Hi,

We are getting the error "Templates section of the manifest needs an application key." while fetching the extensions/theme ("gulp extension:fetch" | "gulp theme:fetch") for the SCA 25.1.0 website (/sca-dev-2025-1-0). The applied theme is "Threads V4 - 4.0.0" and we observed that the folder structure is slightly different of this theme.

Our question is how to resolve this error? Because we need to develop a custom extension for the sca website.
