Does NetSuite maintain database-level audit trail logging for the application, and if so, is such audit logging enabled by default and cannot be disabled; what is the retention period of these audit logs; are the logs tamper-proof or protected from alteration or deletion; and were there any changes made to the audit trail configuration during the review period?
