Need fixed operation cost in work order completion
Hi Team,
I am looking to configure a Manufacturing Routing where the labor/operation costs are fixed per unit, rather than calculated based on labor hours or run time.
Requirement: I have a routing with 6 operations. Regardless of how long the operation takes, I need the cost to be a fixed dollar amount per unit produced.
Example Scenario (Per 1 Unit):
- Operation A: $10.00
- Operation B: $15.00
- Operation C: $20.00
- Operation D: $25.00
- Operation E: $30.00
- Operation F: $35.00
- Total Fixed Routing Cost: $135.00 per unit.
If I create a Work Order for 5 units, the expected total routing cost should be $675.00 ($135 x 5)+ Component Cost.
