Atalho teclado Ctrl C não copia relatório

Ao tentar copiar dados de relatórios pela atalho CTRL+C, nenhum usuário está conseguindo. Os dados só podem ser copiados pelo relatório. É algum erro de preferencia ou configuração?
Como conseguir fazer novamente cópias pelo atalho do teclado? Obrigada!
