Resolver Error: "Error inesperado" en las Preferencias de Correo Electrónico Después de Guardar

Escenario
Al acceder a Configuración > Empresa > Preferencias de Correo Electrónico después de hacer clic en Guardar, hay un error. Una de las causas puede deberse a la falta de dirección de correo electrónico en la subpestaña Sandbox y Vista Previa cuando marcó la opción Enviar Correo Electrónico a (Direcciones Separadas con Comas). Si esta opción está marcada y no hay ningún valor, aparecerá un error después de Guardar.
Solución
Completar correo electrónico
- Iniciar sesión como Administrador
- Ir a Configuración > Empresa > Preferencias de Correo Electrónico
