Escenario
Hay ocasiones en las que el Total general del Resumen de previsión de reconocimiento de ingresos no coincide al ejecutar el informe en el filtro de columna = Período contable contra la columna = Total. Esto se debe a una gran cantidad de transacciones y a planes de previsión futuros no actualizados (puede haber períodos futuros que aún no se hayan creado en la cuenta del cliente).
Solución
- Para resolver esto, siga los pasos a continuación.
- Ejecute Recalcular planes de pronóstico de ingresos antes de generar el informe. Consulte el SuiteAnswer ID: 49191 para ver los pasos completos. Intente ejecutar nuevamente el informe.
