Escenario

El artículo SuiteAnswers 34484: el portlet NetSuite Centro de cuentas con topes de enlace que se muestran en la ficha Soporte sugiere eliminar los roles NetSuite Centro de soporte y NetSuite Centro de soporte (básico) y volver a agregarlos para resolver el problema.

Solución

También es importante tener en cuenta que el centro de cuentas NetSuite correcto y en funcionamiento solo está disponible en el entorno de producción. No se puede utilizar en entornos Sandbox, Desarrollo, Release Preview ni TSTDRV.

Nota: Los usuarios deben asegurarse de comprobar el entorno en el que se necesita acceder al centro de cuentas NetSuite.
