El período contable del informe de gastos es diferente cuando lo ve un rol de no administrador

Escenario

Fecha de informe de gastos = 30/11/2021

Estado = Pendiente de aprobación contable

Estado de período de noviembre de 2021 = Abierto

Período de noviembre de 2021: CxC, CxP = Bloqueado


Solución

Cuando el administrador ve el informe de gastos, el período contable es noviembre de 2021.

Cuando el mánager de finanzas (rol personalizado) ve el informe de gastos, el período contable es diciembre de 2021.


Motivo:

Un administrador o cualquier otro rol con Permiso para anular restricciones de períodos (registro de rol > ficha Permisos > subficha Transacciones) puede ver el Informe de gastos no aprobados con período contable de noviembre de 2021.
