Solución
I. Agregar campo en el Formulario de propuesta de activos FAM
- Vaya a Personalización > Listas, registros y campos > Tipos de registros
- Haga clic en Propuesta de activos FAM
- En la página del registro de Propuesta de activos FAM, en la pestaña Campos, haga clic en Nuevo campo y rellene los siguientes campos:
- Etiqueta: Número de serie del activo
- ID: custrecord_propassetserialno
- Tipo: Texto de forma libre
