Al crear o modificar una plantilla de correo electrónico editable, la "Fecha de envío" no aparece en la lista de los campos estándar disponibles para insertar en la plantilla. En su lugar, podemos utilizar el código freemarker "${transaction.shipdate}"
Solución
- Vaya a Documentos > Plantillas > Plantillas de correo electrónico
- Plantilla de correo electrónico: haga clic en Editar
- Nombre: introduzca el Nombre de la plantilla
- Plantilla:
- Crear plantilla desde: seleccione Editor de texto
- Haga clic en Modo fuente
- Cuerpo: introduzca ${transaction.shipdate}
- Haga clic en Guardar
