En una configuración con varias filiales, registrar con precisión las transacciones entre entidades es esencial para mantener un balance financiero equilibrado. Las transacciones intercompañía se utilizan para reflejar la actividad comercial entre filiales, y las cuentas intercompañía, como las cuentas por cobrar y por pagar, sirven como cuentas contables para estos asientos. Estas cuentas se utilizan específicamente para importes que posteriormente podrían eliminarse durante la consolidación.
En NetSuite OneWorld, utilizamos un asiento contable intercompañía para registrar estas transacciones entre filiales. De forma predeterminada, no se puede utilizar un asiento contable regular con cuentas intercompañía a menos que se agregue una entidad intercompañía y se marque el asiento como eliminación. Esto ayuda a mantener la precisión en todas las filiales.
