Detalles bancarios de empresa para JP Morgan Chase Bank

Por favor su ayuda! estoy intentando configurar los "Detalles bancarios de empresa" para una cuenta bancaria de JP Morgan Chase Bank en una subsidiaria en Estados Unidos, asigno como PLANTILLA DE TEF: ACH - CCD/PPD y como PLANTILLA DE DD: ACH - PPD, sin embargo, al intentar cargar el archivo en la página del banco se genera un aviso en donde indica que "Chase account number" debe contener 20 caracteres pero la PLANTILLA DE TEF: ACH - CCD/PPD solo permite ingresar 17 caracteres.
Por otra parte, qué opción tiene NetSuite para realice WIRE TRANSFERS en JP Morgan Chase Bank?
