Detalle de inventario en la ejecucion de articulos

Espero que esten muy bien,
Se realiza un workflow para que la cantidad a ejecutar de cada linea de articulo se establezca el valor disponible de inventario como se puede ver en la siguiente imagen:
Esto con el objetivo de automatiza el proceso de ejecucion de articulos para el usuario, apesar de que esta en check verdo el detalle de inventario al guardar este aun solicita que se defina.
Esto es natural en NetSuite??
Se requiere de algun script que lo haga directamente en el sub registro de detalle de inventario?
