In this session, the product management team shared latest details around Oracle Enterprise Java roadmap and the future direction of Oracle Java EE Application Server.
-WLS Cloud VM is now available in the market (beside the Java Cloud Service) and WLS Cloud OKE will be available soon.
-WLS 12.1.x will be out of Extended support in a month, so it is strongly recommend that WebLogic be upgraded to 12.2.1 line (the LTS version).
-New tools for cloud app management, monitoring, migration, logging is now available both on premises and in cloud (public or private) Kubernetes.
-Support for WebLogic running in Containers (CRI-O, Doker, Kata) and Kubernetes.
