Use an informative and descriptive title for your posting.
Including the version of Oracle Social Network you are using, as well as the Oracle Application it is integrated with (e.g. Fusion CRM, Fusion HCM, Taleo, RightNow). Version information is available from the About menu selection in the web client – click on the small down arrow next to your profile picture in the top right of the page.
Do not post several unrelated questions in the same post. This makes any further discussion difficult to follow because multiple answers will end up interweaved, and the whole thread becomes a tangle.
If your questions are specific to a particular OSN client (such as the iPhone application) please make that clear in your posting.
4) Enter a summary and detailed description of the issue
5) In the "Where is the Problem?" section of the page, please search for "Oracle Social Network"
6) Enter in the product version (Version information is available from the About menu selection in the web client – click on the small down arrow next to your profile picture in the top right of the page).
