We will be doing a community upgrade on Friday, July 29. The community will be in a read-only state for approximately 7.5 hours, from 21:00 Friday - 04:30 Saturday PT (05:00 - 12:30 Saturday UTC).  You will not see the data from the two hours immediately prior to the upgrade window, as our read-only snapshot will be taken at 19:00 Friday Pacific time. Once the read-only state is over, all data will once again be available.

If you want to know what to expect after the upgrade is done, please see New features and changes in Oracle Community. You can report any issues after the upgrade in the Community Feedback (No Product Questions) space, and there will be a dedicated thread for bug reports and feedback.

Topliners users can also visit Summary: New Features and Changes to Topliners! to see a video about the upgrade and provide feedback, and MOSC users can provide feedback in *Community Feedback and Suggestions (No Product Questions) (MOSC).

Hi all,

Our community upgrade is currently scheduled to start next Friday, July 29, and be completed on Saturday, July 30. I've posted a document that covers the major New features and changes in Oracle Community, including bug fixes and any remaining known issues, with some screenshots of what to expect.

I'll post a system announcement about downtime as we get closer to the date -- this is a significant upgrade so likely will be some hours of downtime and read-only mode.

If you have any questions or comments, you can post in our Community Feedback (No Product Questions) forum as always!

Initial testing shows that this has been resolved. Please report in Community Feedback (No Product Questions) if you are still seeing this issue.

You can see the reports in the Community Feedback (No Product Questions) space but we are seeing widespread issues across all communities.  Thank you for all the reports; we are looking into this urgently.
