Effective September 1, 2017 the POEU requirements for partners’ cloud orders placed under any model or channel will change. Partners must now provide a Proof of End User (POEU) document as part of their booking package in accordance with the total contract value thresholds by country. Cloud orders received with incomplete documentation will be rejected, which may lead to a delay in booking.
