The Support Blogs provide a direct channel of information from Oracle Support engineers to our customers. Engineers provide news on products, posts on how-to work with tools, and other topics that help you get more from your Oracle products and My Oracle Support.
The My Oracle Support Blog provides information on the My Oracle Support portal, proactive tools and other topics that apply to all Oracle Premier Support customers. Many of the other blogs focus on specific product areas, with a support perspective. We expect to see more Oracle Support groups adding blogs for their product areas in the future.
We have made the Support Blogs publicly accessible for viewing without an Oracle Single Sign On (SSO). My Oracle Support Community members and the wider Oracle Community can post comments with their SSO. When users from the public, or the wider Oracle Community, encounter a link within a blog post that their Single Sign On (SSO) password does not provide access to, this means content is only available for Oracle Premier Support customers.
