Oracle Application Management Pack for Oracle Communications releases 12.1.0.4 and 13.1.1.1 releases include the same features, but 12.1.0.4 is compatible with Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c and 13.1.1.1 is compatible with Enterprise Manager 13c.

This article provides guidelines to help you troubleshoot problems with Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC). It is always recommended to perform some troubleshooting exercise before you contact Oracle Support Team when any problems occur.ocomc.jpg


Please refer to this documentation link to troubleshoot OCOMC issues or errors before you log on a Service Request.

  • A clear and concise description of the problem, including when it began to occur.
  • Relevant portions of the relevant log files.
  • Relevant configuration files.
  • Recent changes in your system after which the problem occurred, even if you do not think they are relevant.
  • List of all Offline Mediation Controller components and patches installed on your system.

Oracle Communications is pleased to announce the General Availability of Release 7.1 of the Oracle Communications Evolved Communications Application Server(OCECAS).

Oracle Communications Evolved Communications Application Server(OCECAS) allows service providers to augment their communications services by driving subscribers to high-value data plans that leverage more innovative Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Video over LTE (ViLTE) and Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) offerings.  OCECAS 7.1 significantly strengthens Oracle’s end-to-end solution for VoLTE and VoWiFi in key areas such as IMS Centralized Services(ICS), VoWiFi, XCAP-based self-care and virtualized orchestration by Oracle Communications Application Orchestrator (OCAO).
