Oracle Communications is pleased to announce Oracle Communications Mobile Synchronization Gateway 8.0 further enhancing Oracle’s Unified Communications and Collaboration solution.

The Oracle Communications Mobile Synchronization Gateway (OCMSG) 8.0 extends the reach of Oracle Communications Unified Communications Suite to mobile devices. The OCMSG uses the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol to enable real-time push synchronization of users' communication. Native applications on iOS and Android devices can synchronize email, calendar appointments, and contacts within Oracle Communications Unified Communications Suite. In addition, OCMSG enables users to access their email, calendar, and contacts even while working offline.

OCMSG is licensed and priced separately from Oracle Communications Messaging Server, Oracle Communications Calendar Server, and Oracle Communications Instant Messaging Server.
