We are excited to announce the availability of monthly product releases that will enhance the functionality of our Cloud products.

Note: This communication is for cloud releases only.  It describes new cloud functionality added in the last 30 days, and it only includes products that had changes. 

 

Below are key highlights for each release. For more information, please refer to the corresponding product documentation for additional details on the newly added features.

 

Oracle Prime v17.1

Oracle Prime v17.1 includes a number of enhancements throughout the application in response to your feedback.   Portfolio and Risk Managers have greater reporting flexibility with more filtering, sorting, and field options.  Project Managers gain quicker insight into the status and health of their projects.  Oracle Prime v17.1 also improves usability for Work Planners and Lean Schedulers. Primavera P6 EPPM v17.1

P6 EPPM v17.1 advances our efforts to move P6 to newer HTML5 technology and reduce the reliance on Java applets.   We are continuing to improve the main features and overall performance of the EPS, Activity, and Resource Assignment Views to enhance the overall user experience.  To further our efforts to move to HTML5, P6 EPPM v17.1 introduces a new User Interface Views design with improved usability. Primavera Unifier v17.1

In 2017, we are redesigning Unifier with a next generation, easy to use interface.  With v17.1, our first step was to redesign the Task Log. The user now has control over what columns they want displayed, how they are ordered, grouped and filtered, and a preview of the record directly on the log. This initial release is only for the Task Logs but will be used as a model for all logs in the future. Lastly, administrators will be able to easily create production bundles with a wizard type approach which will significantly help them with their configuration management across environments. Along with the Unifier v17.1 release, we are pleased to announce the latest release of the Unifier Mobile iOS Application. This release of the mobile application enhances the support for documents by adding the ability to add annotations on documents and to delete saved documents to free up space on your device. Mobile app usability was enhanced by providing search in all logs and pick lists in order to be able to find records in a more efficient manner.

 

Instantis EnterpriseTrack v17.1– On Premise and Cloud

Instantis EnterpriseTrack v17.1 release focuses on high priority customer requests around reporting and product configurability.  Historically, many customers requested specific customizations and this release continues the efforts to productize the most commonly requested items.  In addition we have continued to refine the Instantis API functionality, responding to feedback from Oracle consulting and partner organizations. Textura Payment Management (TPM) v17.1

TPM 17.1 introduces a collection of minor features while we continue working on some longer-running strategic initiatives. TPM provides more controls to general contractors (GC) guiding the payment process.  This release introduces the ability for a GC to hold payment pending further approval when the subcontractor bills for stored materials.  Additionally, General Contractors can set up custom invoice rejection text and good faith statements to standardize the invoice rejection process.

 

Primavera Submittal Exchange v17.1

With this release, Submittal Exchange delivers an updated primary navigation and addresses a number of user pain points.  Users can now access various project logs faster than ever.   We have also eliminated a source of frustration for users who had to scroll horizontally to find the information related to the project logs.  Initial client feedback has been that the new navigation is very intuitive and it is much faster to navigate the site.
