We are excited to announce our monthly product releases, all scheduled to be released throughout the month of May, that will enhance the functionality of our Cloud products. Below are key highlights for each release. For more information, please refer to the corresponding product documentation for additional details and visuals of the newly added features once the product becomes available.


Oracle Prime v17.5

Prime version 17.5 includes improvements to the Portfolios, Project Funding and Lean Tasks functionality. The Resource Planning page in the Portfolios app has been significantly improved to allow for project selection and multiple what-if scenarios based on resource demand. Project or Fund managers can plan project funds in more detail by distributing their values across monthly, quarterly, or yearly intervals. You can then update and track their appropriated and consumed values across those same intervals. Several improvements on Lean Tasks allows users to complete the tasks early and view the completed task count including today’s tasks on the Project Planned Percent Complete chart. In addition, rather than being limited to the standard ‘This Week’ or ‘6 Week Window’ views, you can now specify your own ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates for data display. Other improvements include support for Scheduler Leveling action in Prime APIs.


Primavera P6 EPPM v17.5

Our P6 EPPM customers will be happy to know that we’ve added the capability to import and export Activity View layouts in release 17.5.  This functionality will help ease the transition from Classic view to Standard view.  Portfolio and Project Managers can take advantage of a new HTML5 Capacity Planning view to effectively manage their projects and role utilization.


Primavera Unifier v17.5

In Primavera Unifier 17.5 we are continuing to enhance the new user experience for the Document Manager including adding user defined views, support for additional Actions, and support for an additional Unifier viewer. Within the Business Process logs, we have changed the create button to immediately create a new record, and on the filtering within the view, we have added some additional options for the record and workflow status. From a usability perspective, we have added a number of enhancements including on line items, the ability to add new items without closing the detail form, and resetting data element values when a record is copied. Other enhancements include support for images within BI Publisher reports run from within the BI Publisher server, support for a new filtering method of “exists in” and “does not exist in” within the Additional Assignee Filtering in the BP Setup, and finally support for customizing the project mailbox.


Oracle Textura Payment Management v17.5

Textura Payment Management (TPM) version 17.5 includes a new report for our customers. The new “Unapproved Invoice Report for Owners” shows Owners all General Contractor invoices that have not been approved.


Primavera Submittal Exchange v17.5

Primavera Submittal Exchange version 17.5 includes some feature enhancements including the ability for the final initiator to send an item back to the final reviewer instead of needing to call Support to do so - avoiding administrative delays. We have also added a dynamic capability for client services to upload help videos as they are updated instead of needing to coordinate with a release. This release also addresses some continued remediation items. Reports have been converted to Oracle Business Intelligence and Crystal Report objects have been removed from the code. Users should not see any differences when they run reports.


Primavera Analytics v17.5

Primavera Analytics version 17.5 introduces P6 EPPM activity relationship data in the ‘Primavera – Activity’ subject area. Now customers can analyze schedule relationship data across all P6 projects based on predecessor and successor metrics. This data can be rolled up across the organization or analyzed at an individual activity level providing greater awareness and insight into schedule health including potential issues, such as missing logic.


Primavera Gateway v17.5

Primavera Gateway version 17.5 adds support for Excel native file extensions. This addition now extends the capability of File Provider to exchange data in both (.xls) and (.xlsx) file formats. We also added a graphical representation of job chaining to better assist Primavera Gateway administrator's setting up and maintaining configuration of multiple job executions that depend on successful completion of another job.


Textura Pre-Qualification Management v17.5

Textura Pre-Qualification Management (PQM) version 17.5 includes a number of quality of life improvements (defaults, workflows, sorting, etc...) for various clients in addition to the ability for clients to 'red flag' vendors for various reasons. The red flag can be set for the vendor with a reason defined and then viewed from various pages to ensure people in the organization know there is a risk with the vendor.
