The Level 1 My Oracle Support Accreditation will improve your skills on customizing My Oracle Support for your role in order to use it more effectively. The Level 2 Oracle Retail Accreditation will deepen your understanding of supporting Retail Products and how to take advantage of the solutions, tools and knowledge that are important to the Retail product path solutions. Knowing how to take full advantage of My Oracle Support functionality and how to locate and utilize important Retail tools and resources allows you to spend more time on your primary role, find answers more efficiently and log well formed Service Requests which will result in faster resolution.
