The Learn maintenance release 16B.2, scheduled for September 23, 2016, is being delayed by one week. The general release to all customer PODs is now set for September 30th. This is a maintenance release that resolves issues reported by Learn customers.


The next release, 16B.3, is still scheduled for October 21st.

Announcing: Oracle Taleo Enterprise Release 15B General Availability

We are pleased to announce that upgrade availability of Release 15B of Oracle Taleo Enterprise Cloud Service has begun, effective September 6, 2016.

  • 15B Documentation on My Oracle Support
    • 15B documents continue to be posted to My Oracle Support.  Please keep checking the Taleo Enterprise Documentation Homepage on MOS (Doc ID 1496352.1).
    • Updates for 15B Data Dictionaries and Universe Data Dictionaries have been posted on MOS (Doc ID 2177225.1). Until the 15B Data Dictionaries for the main modules are published, please use the addendum posted on this page.

  • Taleo upgrade policies and release lifecycle can be found in My Oracle Support Doc ID 1603034.1.
  • A 15B release announcement has also been posted here on Customer Connect.
  • We encourage you to schedule your upgrade by creating a Service Request via My Oracle Support.
    Note:When you conduct testing on the current release, it is advisable to retest any open defects that you reported on the prior release. In many cases you will find that the defect has been resolved. If the issue is still reproducible, update the Service Request to inform Customer Support that the behavior still occurs in the current release.

OracleLearnCloud.jpgThe 16B.1 Learn release was successfully deployed on August 19, 2016. This was a maintenance release that resolved issues reported by Learn customers.


Release Notes are only available for major releases and are posted on the Release Updates section of Customer Connect. Customers who have issues resolved by the 16B.1 release are requested to retest and validate the resolution through their Service Requests in My Oracle Support.


The next update will be the maintenance release 16B.2, scheduled for September 23, 2016.
