We are pleased to announce availability of the Hiring Manager Mobile Recruiting app on iOS and Android with 15B MP3.
This new solution enables hiring managers to complete their main recruitment activities in a native app on a tablet or a phone that runs on iOS or Android.
Hiring managers can:
- Approve or reject job requisitions
- Search for active requisitions and candidates
- Review candidate applications including prescreening results
- Move the application to the next step or reject the application
- Complete evaluation questionnaires during or after the interview to provide a structured feedback
- Compare up to three candidates
- Review all feedback provided about finalists and select the ones to whom they want to hire
- Approve or reject offers before they are extended to candidates
The benefits to your organization are to:
- Increase the quality of recruitment by making more informed decisions about the candidates
- Reduce the time to hire by simplifying access to the recruitment system for the hiring managers
