The 17B Learn release was successfully deployed on July 21, 2017. This was a major release that included enhancements for the Bulk Loader, Widget and BI Reporting functionality, also the LearnCenter Design Page feature. In addition, there were updates to the ILT Enrollment Control Panel, Recurring Learning Plans and the User REST API functionality.
There will be no maintenance release for Learn in the month of August. The next scheduled release is 17B.1, currently planned for September 22, 2017.
You can follow all Learn release announcements when they are posted in Customer Connect (http://appsconnect.oracle.com) and opt to receive email updates whenever the Learn release announcement is updated. 17B was a major release that also contains corrections and changes to resolve issues reported by customers and engineers. Customers who have had issues resolved by this release are asked to validate the issue is resolved through the Service Request in My Oracle Support (MOS).
