The application slowness issue has been resolved. The slowness was a result of abnormal web traffic. The slowness duration was from 10:44 EDT to 11:00 EDT


The application is currently extremely slow and may time out while loading. Updates to follow.

Eloqua University is back online and accessible.


18:27 EDT

The Eloqua University website is currently unavailable. Access to to course calendar and exams and e-learning will be unavailable during this time. Updates to follow as we work to resolve this issue.

The Application slowness which began July 10, 2012 5:00 AM EDT (Estimated) was resolved at July 10, 2012 6:47AM EDT was a result of a server failure.



6:50 EDT

Application is back to its normal performance. If you are experiencing continued slowness please call our support line. Eloqua Insight is still down and being tracked in its own post.


We are currently experiencing slowness within the application. We are actively investigating this, and updates will be posted as they become available.


10:51 EDT

The issue which started at July 10, 2012 5:00 AM EDT (Estimated) and was resolved July 10, 2012 6:58 AM EDT was due to a server failure. The issue has been addressed and resolved.



7:02 EDT

Eloqua Insight is back online and available. You will be required to log out of the application and then log back in for it to work. Further details about cause of outage to follow.


We are currently experiencing an issue causing Eloqua Insight to generate an error when trying to load. We are actively investigating this issue and updates will be forthcoming.


12:16 p.m EDT


Due to a high increase in network activity the application became unaccessible. The issue occurred at 11:10 a.m EDT till 11:30 a.m. EDT, the issue has since been resolved.



11:36 a.m EDT

Application is back online and is now accessible. Further details to follow prior to changing status to green.


The Eloqua application is currently inaccessible. We are actively looking into this and will update as the information becomes available.


17:44 EST July 4


Full service has now been restored to the Eloqua AppCloud site as the issues have been resolved!


Reported Slowness and Error Message when searching for an app on the Eloqua AppCloud


Site visitors may notice slowness and/or a 'Gateway Timeout' error message when searching for apps on the Eloqua AppCloud site (  This issue is being investigated and is expected to be resolved by Wed July 4.  As a workaround, site visitors can navigate through the apps by using the arrow prompts at the bottom of the main page.
